I specialize in critical care medicine. It is normally a busy and stressful, but incredibly rewarding job. During the pandemic, there has been the added challenge of providing the best care for patients, while also trying to care for ourselves in the face of a huge emotional and physical burden.

My love for business started at ASP in IB Econ classes, and after university I went on to become an investment banker. I ran the investment arm for Grammy award-winning rock band Linkin Park - helping them build companies from scratch and invest in startups like Lyft, Robinhood and even an e-sports team. I currently invest in various asset classes, public securities, private companies and startups. My work centers around researching trends that impact my investment portfolio and vetting deal flow for investment opportunities.

I began my career in Washington DC working at the organization Senator Elizabeth Warren and President Obama started to protect consumers from financial abuse and discrimination. I spent two years in their civil rights office researching issues of predatory lending and racial discrimination in finance.

I currently work for the City of Boston. We are running programs to help low-income residents find subsidized, affordable apartments in high-opportunity neighborhoods.

One of the hobbies I developed as a budget-conscious student was finding super cheap flight deals! I’ve visited nearly 70 countries and hope to keep exploring our beautiful, diverse planet.

I went with ASP to MUN in The Hague, where ten years later I went to my first UN conference, representing Canada.

I am one of the few that started ASP in first grade and graduated in the twelfth grade - I grew up in its hallways. ASP is home to all my childhood memories.

I completed internships in finance and marketing during summers in college, and discovered that I wanted to pursue a career in a function that was both analytical and creative at the same time.

I now work at Ralph Lauren, in business buying and planning. We analyze trends and data to predict which will be the next best selling products. I partner with a variety of internal teams, such as design, marketing, finance, and retailing, and have become well versed in virtually all functions of business and retail.

After graduating I started my career working as a camera assistant on feature films and television shows in NYC. I am now a freelance cinematographer and camera operator. A highlight of my job is being able to meet so many talented and interesting people during commercials, films and documentaries. I once shot a wild Oreo commercial where Simone Biles was flipping and dunking Oreos over my head!

I am an engineer at General Motors, Canada. I work towards a future of zero crashes, zero emissions and zero congestion. I have worked in Engineering, Testing, Manufacturing, Portfolio Planning, and am now in the vehicle dynamics team, developing software algorithms that ensure the reliability of our steering sensors.

I spent my undergraduate years as part of a student team that built a 100% electric formula-prototype race car. I developed a passion for the automotive industry, sustainable technologies, and the future of mobility,

I’m an in-house council at Array Technologies, a global manufacturer of utility-scale solar tracker systems that are used to build massive solar power plants. The company is based in New Mexico, but I work from home in Utah.

Making an Impact

In my prior company, I drafted a piece of legislation that was introduced in the U.S. Congress. I led the initial lobbying process and it has just now been passed in the Senate. It will create a single regulatory standard for “Made in USA” labeling practices.

I won a “Mr. ASP” contest thanks to a spontaneous sumo wrestling match.

I volunteered with my university’s men's soccer (UK football) team, and realized I could make a career out of my dream. I am now the Club Secretary for Barnsley Football Club in England’s  League Championship. I am responsible for operations as well as contracts and registrations for our players. I have also worked in Major League Soccer (USA). Having held the same role in two different countries, I’ve gained great insights which help me develop my work.

I began my career right out of college, starting behind the scenes, but I worked hard and earned a job as a reporter. I currently work for a CBS affiliated television station in Alabama, covering the Gulf coast. Every day is different, but I love what I do! I met one of the original plaintiffs of Brown V Board of Education, and because of the story I did on her, she was able to meet and sit on the stage alongside Michelle Obama during  her speech marking the 60th anniversary of the landmark decision.

Do not underestimate the power of internships! I did not major in Communications or Marketing, yet that is the area I lead today. I had a passion for the beauty and fashion industry, and worked hard to get my foot in the door through internships
